Some of Lake Fork's Area Attractions

Besides the great fishing and camping, Lake Fork has many attractions for the whole family.  There are two 18 hole golf courses located on the lake.  Hideaway Harbor is located just a few miles from the new 18 hole championship golf course, The Links at Land's End.  Lake Fork Country Club is located on FM 2946. A state-of-the-art fish hatchery is in Athens, which is about an hour's drive.
Movie theaters can be found around the area;  Mineola has the oldest theater in Texas (Lake Country Play House).  There are several antique shops in surrounding towns, and in Canton, about 30 minutes from Hideaway Harbor, is the world renown "First Monday Trade Days."
